Headstones, Markers and Memorial Enhancements

*Crossover Monuments is not responsible for cemetery installation fees. The price quoted on website does not include charges and fees cemeteries may charge.

*Some Headstones may require a concrete foundation. The price quoted on Website does not include a concrete foundation.

*In some instances a delivery acceptance form may be required.

*Crossover Monuments installs all types of headstones and markers only in our defined trade area which is Louisiana's Calcasieu Parish (County).

*Crossover Monuments can ship bevels, Flat Grass Markers, Bronze Grass Markers and Memorial Enhancements anywhere that is deliverable by normal shipping means in the Continental United States.

*Because of size and weight upright headstones and slant headstones cannot be shipped.

*Headstones or markers generally take from 6 to 8 weeks to ship. From there it generally takes from 10 to 14 days to receive a shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Crossover Monuments monitors product shipments and provides customer assistance in the event of carrier problems or destination errors. Prior to signing for receipt of goods, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product packaging for any indication that damage may have occurred in transit. Failure to do so can void damage claims.
