Shipping Policy

At Gifts From Deez Hands in Rosedale, NY we do our best to provide you with accurate shipping times for our products. These times are estimates only.

Products are manufactured daily and shipping time is an estimate of the average number of business days it takes to craft your order and ship the item from the premises. These shipping times are not a guarantee. If you have a time sensitive project, we recommend that you call a sales specialist at 646-966-5862 and arrange expedited shipping.

Products marked “In Stock” are styles that are awaiting reproduction. These items normally ship from the premises within 7-10 business days, however these products are subject to prior sale and availability and lead times are not guaranteed.

Occasionally items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold. In this case you will be sent an email notification that your item is on backorder. You have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item to order. Custom made products can have varying ship times and we recommend ordering custom products well in advance to avoid project delays. Specialty items refer to products that are not reproduced and only ONE exist and there will be no exact duplicates available.

Gifts From Deez Hands is not liable for costs associated with shipment delays.

Damaged & Defective Goods

Gifts From Deez Hands in Rosedale, NY realizes that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. Rest assured, we will stand by you during this process and make sure we do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timeline conclusion—at no expense to you. For us to offer this level of service, however, we need a little help from the customer in the form of a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. This will make things much easier if you decide to return the item.

For UPS and FedEx deliveries that are damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at
646-996-5862 immediately instead of refusing the package. If damages are reported within 7 days for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on behalf of the customer and work to quickly resolve it. Please be aware that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if the customer fails to notify Gifts From Deez Hands of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.

Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate “damage” assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify Gifts From Deez Hands of refusal so that we can anticipate the return and send out a new item.

Gifts From Deez Hands will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of replacement, the “Standard Return Policy” above applies and there may be a restocking fee. Our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the credit.

Failure to follow return procedure for the damaged item may result in a charge for the free replacement item.

Returned items that are found to be in working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a refund. In such a case Gifts From Deez Hands will email you for your decision on whether to ship the item back to you at your expense or be refunded with a 50% restocking fee and store credit.



All products are subject to availability. Due to the character of handcrafting, all dimensions are approximate and actual colors may not match your monitor. Products, information, prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice. Please call for information.


Customer satisfaction is crucial to our growth and development. Our customers are greatly satisfied with their decorative selections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must call us at 646-966-5862 within 7 days after receiving item(s) for return instructions. Item(s) must be in original purchase condition for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Please repackage the items as received. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Gifts From Deez Hands in Rosedale, NY will email you a tracking number so you can track the order and check on the delivery date. Shipments ordinarily arrive 1-6 business days from the time they leave the premises. This excludes special promotions.

Gifts from Deez Hands has no control over the in-house time (7-10 days) of an order (time prior to shipment) and do not guarantee or promise delivery dates. Our product is handcrafted just for you. To insure you get the best possible quality product, many reproductions are only made after the product has sold. Therefore, we request that our customers plan ahead and place timely orders that allow for both in-house and the transit time.
