(Orders placed Mon-Fri: before 12pm will process that same day-Orders placed Mon-Fri After 12pm will begin process the next business day). Shipment damages or shortages being received are damaged open or broken resulting in shortage of merchandise. The delivery driver must mark this on his or her delivery sheet before you sign as having received the shipment.
Back Orders: We at Deluxe Candle Products DO NOT backorder. If we cannot fill your order completely within a reasonable amount of time. We will ship your order less the missing item. If payment method is Credit Card you will only be charged for the items shipped.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS ACCEPTED UNLESS AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN GIVEN. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM RECIEPT OF THE ORDER. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON EACH ORDER UNLESS FAULT OR ERROR IS OURS.
