Terms and Conditions

  • All sales are final sales due to the fact that cut and engraved items cannot be reversed.
  • Should you make a mistake and do not realize it until you have received your item, then you may purchase that same item at a 15% discount.
  • “J” Luvs Creations is not responsible for editing your work. Should there be something small and obvious that is caught then it is possible that it may be fixed but that is not a guarantee.
  • All work should be proofed and edited by the customer before the final purchase is made.
  • Should you make a mistake and you can catch a customer service representative before your item/items has been processed then it is possible that your mistake can be fixed before it has been created.
  • Should you have an error on your item and it is a mistake of ours then we will redo the order and ship it to you at no expense to the customer. All such orders will receive a 10% discount off of their next order.
  • Wording and pictures on this website are available for customer use to view in conjunction of determining what they may want to order. Nothing on this site is to be used for personal use or advertisement for other personal or profitable gain.
  • These terms and conditions can be amended at any time without prior notification.

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping will be calculated by weight per item for each item
  • Shipping will go out directly after the order has been completed
  • Shipping information will be emailed out according to the email information left by customer
  • All shipped items will be securely packaged with alternative stuffing to ensure items are safe during shipping.
  • Once orders have been paid for, there is a 24 hour processing period before your order is put into rotation. Once the order has been put into rotation, there will be a 3 to 4 day processing period depending on the size of the order before it is shipped. Some smaller orders could be processed between 2 to 3 days after the 24 hour processing period.
  • If shipped items have been damaged during shipping, please return the damaged item and a new item will be created and shipped out to you once the old item has been received at no additional charge to you)
