Winter Rates (October 1st through April 30th) - (3 nights minimum stay)
Studio: $115 daily; $770 weekly; $1600 monthlyo (sleeps 2 maximum)
One Bedroom: $140 daily; $931 weekly; $2000 monthly (sleeps 4 maximum)
Two Bedroom: $175 daily; $1,176 weekly; $2400 monthly (sleeps 4 maximum)
One Bedroom Penthouse: $225 daily; $1,505 weekly; $2800 monthly (sleeps 6 maximum)

SUMMER RATES: (May 1st - Sept. 30) - (3 nights minimum stay)
Studio: $145/night (sleeps 2 maximum)
One Bedroom: $195/night (sleeps 4 maximum)
Two Bedroom: $245/night (sleeps 4 maximum)
One Bedroom Penthouse: $265/night (sleeps 6 maximum)

FEES: A $75 cleaning fee and 3% damage waiver fee is added to all reservations. Sales tax of 9.5% is added to daily and weekly stays. Parking is available at $20 per day up to $180 per month. Housekeeping services and portacribs are available for an additional charge.

DEPOSIT:Reservations will not be confirmed without a deposit. 1/2 your stay amount (excluding the cleaning fee) is due at time of booking. Payment in full and a signed lease agreement is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless guest has previously made other arrangements.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES: All advance reservations require a 5 night minimum stay. We do accept reservations of 3 or 4 nights based on availability when booked close to the arrival date. We do not accept stays of less than 3 nights. Monthly rates can be prorated beyond the first month up to 21 additional days. Stays of three consecutive months or more incur an additional discount of $200 a month.

Deposit minus 6% cancellation fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  There is no refund if cancellation or change in arrival date is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented.  Refunds will be based on the number of days covered by the original rental that can be rerented.
