When you are confirmed in a home, your first payment covering 2 to 12 weeks will be due prior to checking-in to the home. Your confirmation will let you know when it is due and how to send us your payment. If staying longer than 7 weeks, you will prepay for 4 weeks and a bill for the remainder of your stay will be emailed to you at the email stated in your application. This pre-payment will reserve your room for you.
If, for any reason, you must cancel or postpone your homestay, please inform us 4 weeks in advance by email, phone or fax.

Please make your application and placement fee at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival. We must allow time for receiving your fees and to find an appropriate homestay for you. We cannot process your application until we receive your placement fee. You can check in only after we have received your prepayment of 2 to 12 weeks of homestay, 12 weeks if you elect to enroll in the SAVE program using the Special Offers. If you cannot allow this much time, arrangements must be made to courier your fees to us using "next day" service.
