Kolektsiya utilizes USPS for all domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, USPS offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

For international orders, USPS offers international service, which delivers orders within 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise.

Order Processing

We will ship orders within 3-5 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please be advised that some of our pieces are made to order, these items are shipped within three weeks of order date.ome of our pieces are made to order.

Shipping Restrictions

Kolektsiya does not offer weekend delivery. Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.


Our Policy

We do not except returns on made to order items. We will accept exchanges only (excluding final sale items and custom orders) which are not worn, washed or damaged, and with all tags attached. Item(s) returned for exchange without the completed exchange claim form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.

How To Complete Your Exchange

1. You can email your request to exchange to: and we will send you authorization.

2. Please return the item(s) within 14 days from the date your authorization email.

3. Please ship your return package via any major delivery service which provides tracking capabilities, as returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email the tracking number to: info@kolektsiya.com. Seal your package and return to the address below:

4. Your exchange will be shipped upon stock availability. An additional shipping fee and any difference in price will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.

6. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
