Thank You for Your Preservation and Upkeep Support Through Your Donation
The Mayfield descendants would like to invite family and friends to donate specifically to the preservation and upkeep of the Mayfield Cemetery. All contributions received will go entirely towards the Mayfield Cemetery project. In cooperation with the Mayfield descendents and the historic cemeteries committee of the Brentwood Historic Commission, the Citizens for Brentwood Green Space will be accepting donations specifically for the preservation and upkeep of the Mayfield Cemetery. The Citizens for Brentwood Green Space (CBGS) is a tax deductible 501(C)(3) corporation.
If you would like to donate to the Citizens for Brentwood Green Space specifically for the Mayfield Cemetery project, you may contribute through a check, credit card, or PayPal account. When making a donation for the Mayfield Cemetery project, please indicate such in the "special instruction for CBGS" section of PayPal or through a note, if contributing by check.
If you wish to send a check, please make it out to: Citizens for Brentwood Green Space, Inc. Designate on your check whether you are donating to CBGS or to the Mayfield Cemetery restoration project. The check should be sent to the following address:

If you wish to donate using either your PayPal account or a credit card, please click on the appropriate donate button below and follow the online instructions. Your donation will be made on a secure PayPal site and will be shown on your credit card statement as "PayPal: Greenspace". If you are restricting your donation to the Mayfield Cemetery project, you should provide that informaion in the "Add Special Instructions for CBGS" link on the PayPal payment review screen.
